Repetition + Creativity + Dedication = Development Started using plyometric platforms inverted for passing repetition over short distance. Kids have to be very comfortable with their technique. Start from 2 to 3 meters away and go to 5. You can be more creative by using old tables, stools, upside down benches. Turn your training into a unique session.
